I use these for P90X and P90X2. I have other adjustable dumbbells, but when bowflex was having their special for the stand and no shipping I jumped on these. They are WAY better than my other adjustables. They change faster, the grip is better. I couldn't be more pleased. The only downside is that they are a bit wider than standard dumbbells, but for the range of weights you get with these nothing compares.

This dumbbell set is the perfect compliment to any home gym setting. I also have the Bowflex PR3000, but was missing some muscle isolation and workout that only dedicated dumbbells can offer. The design is great and very easy to use. Just turn the large dials to reach the weight you need, then pick up these dumbbells. To change weights, simple put back the dumbbells, and turn the dial again. It literally takes seconds to change to any weight. It is relatively compact and the quality so far is good. I also have the stand for them and overall set is very sturdy.
