My Fiancee ordered this set as a mother's day present for me to use in conjunction with a workout DVD set. I cannot say how much I absolutely LOVE these weights. They take up SO much less room than a full set of weights with the same range and are VERY easy to use. I got them two weeks early and have used them every single day since then. I had an old set of 552s, but the movers broke them (don't really see how as I abused them at times with no problems). Theses are a nice update. The only con is the length, but in an adjustable dumbbell that cannot be helped.

I love them...you can dial in to the weight needed very fast during rest periods and the best things is you don't have to have 3-4 sets of dumbells lying around you in the way. Thanks, Bowflex!
