I use this for the Beach Body P90 workouts and they are excellent. Went to the local sporting store to buy some more free weights and a set 2 at 1 weight was like $50-$60 and 2 sets would be $100+. I decided to go home and check around and bought the boxflex set.

I bought this set of weights earlier this month and have loved them since the first day that I used them. I am currently in my first round of P90X headed into the second phase and these weights have helped immensely! Before I only had 5 and 10 pound weights and was very limited and dreaded the thought of a rack of dumbbells filling my already small condo. The SelectTech 552 Dumbbells are very compact in comparison and quick and easy to switch between weights.

The only thing that would make these weights any better is it they had slightly thinner bars. They are sometimes a little difficult to grip because they have a thicker bar to support the heaviest weights. But other than that, they have been incredible. I love the ease of use and 2 1/2 lb adjustments. I don't have to shuffle through 10 sets of free weights. I just select my weight and go.
