The dumbells are well made and heavier than it seems weight wise but are excellent training tools. Use moderate weight and concentrate on form with these new dumbells. They will serve you well if used properly and regularly, they are very effective.

I found this totally intuitive and easy to use right out of the box. Works great over s wide variety of weights, allowing me to work virtually ANY muscle group all with this one set of weights. Is a bit bulky to use as a 10 lb weight or something light like that, but works great. I have already used it a ton, and it has allowed me to do a much wider variety of exercises at home, and thus to do them more often!

I love how it works. I wish it came with a wall poster for the different workouts with a dry eraser next to each one so you can keep track of your weights and reps. This would be real nice.

I bought this set of weights earlier this month and have loved them since the first day that I used them. I am currently in my first round of P90X headed into the second phase and these weights have helped immensely! Before I only had 5 and 10 pound weights and was very limited and dreaded the thought of a rack of dumbbells filling my already small condo.
