Though shipping took a while, it was definitely worth it! SelectTech dumbbells are amazing! They are very compact and I can use them for a complete workout! Even my wife uses and loves them! The design is also a great pro because I can have them mostly anywhere in my house, they won't take up space and they look great! I also got the weight bench, which fit perfectly in a a little corner in my house and was at an excellent price.

These are great for P90x, the ability to switch quickly between weights allows me to keep up with the program and not have to pause while I switch weights. The plastic coating makes them quieter too, so they don't rattle. Definitely would recommend the stand be purchased for ease of use.
