I LOVE these!! I bought them for my husband (coincidentally I started working out to Chalean Extreme by Beachbody at the same time-wink wink) and they have been WAY better than I thought they would be. I love the fact that you can just dial in your weight and go at it in about 2 seconds. My shoulders are narrow so I feel I have to "V" them over-head a bit to bring them together, but that's no big deal. I'm very happy with my purchase.
