Quick and Easy

I've been using the Bowflex 552 for the past 3 yrs while doing P90X. It is so quick and easy to change the total weight. This is important because I have only 40 minutes to work out at lunch. 52.5 lbs is more than enough weight for the workout I perform. I use to have the Ironmaster dumbbells but it added 10 minutes to my workout just changing weights. I'm very careful with the Bowflex weights and they still work great after 3 years of use.

Have been working out with P90X but the bands are a pain in the neck to use, but I didn't want to have to shell out money for a bunch of individual dumbbells that would take up a lot of space--plus my wife can use them as well. Switching between exercises is a snap, and changing weight with the SelectTech dumbbells allow me to keep up the pace. These are fantastic!

I am using the dumbbells for a strength training program and I'm mainly in my living room so the space I save and the mobility on the stand is awesome! If I need to go up or down in weight its an easy click I love it! and the grip on the handles are comfortable so I rarely need to use workout gloves unless I'm going up towards 40s and 50s.

I had the 552 Dumbbells for about 3 1/2 Weeks now i use them as much as i can (3 to 4 times per week)I started to noticed the difference already my working shirts as not as tigh as they use to be. my arms mostle are more define and I will continue to use them. I just would love that the stand be included. they do not take any space at all when I am not using them they fit perfectly on my closet. They are really sturdy. no complains so far.

I use these dumbbells for P90X workouts. They are compact and quickly adjustable which is necessary for these quick-paced workouts. So far I have not had any issues with them.
