I haven't had the dumbbells for very long, so it's difficult to give an extensive review, but so far, they're exactly what I hoped for. I don't have a whole lot of time to go to the gym, and I don't have a whole lot of space for workout equipment, so the SelectTech dumbbells were the perfect fit for my needs. I couldn't be happier. The dumbbells are easy to use. The dumbbells, the stand, and the 3.1 bench are all very sturdy and well-made, and I look forward to working out every morning. As far as the workouts go, I've been able to do full body workouts with no issues. I've only had them a short while, so I haven't really seen any results yet, but I'm confident they will come. Easy to use, compact. i dont have to go to the gym anymore, i love the dvd that came with it to teach you the proper way to lift weights. i use it with beachbody chalean extream dvd workouts. it's the best investment you can make in yourself to use for working out.

These are great for general workouts. I do a lot of combined rep workouts moving from one set targeting one muscle group, right into another. It is perfect for that and great for apartment living.

I really like these weights. The plates tend to move slightly and bang in to each other causing them to be noisy. I would prefer hard rubber weights to the plastic used for the plates, but overall, am very satisfied. Also well packaged. I'm glad that each weight comes in its own box so that I didn't have to unpack in order to carry up the stairs. Also, I am impressed at the quality of the stand. Wasn't sure what to expect after reading other reviews, but was easy for me to assemble and is very sturdy.
