Easy to use, compact. i dont have to go to the gym anymore, i love the dvd that came with it to teach you the proper way to lift weights. i use it with beachbody chalean extream dvd workouts. it's the best investment you can make in yourself to use for working out.

I really like these weights. The plates tend to move slightly and bang in to each other causing them to be noisy. I would prefer hard rubber weights to the plastic used for the plates, but overall, am very satisfied. Also well packaged. I'm glad that each weight comes in its own box so that I didn't have to unpack in order to carry up the stairs. Also, I am impressed at the quality of the stand. Wasn't sure what to expect after reading other reviews, but was easy for me to assemble and is very sturdy.
