I haven't had the dumbbells for very long, so it's difficult to give an extensive review, but so far, they're exactly what I hoped for. I don't have a whole lot of time to go to the gym, and I don't have a whole lot of space for workout equipment, so the SelectTech dumbbells were the perfect fit for my needs. I couldn't be happier. The dumbbells are easy to use. The dumbbells, the stand, and the 3.1 bench are all very sturdy and well-made, and I look forward to working out every morning. As far as the workouts go, I've been able to do full body workouts with no issues. I've only had them a short while, so I haven't really seen any results yet, but I'm confident they will come. Easy to use, compact. i dont have to go to the gym anymore, i love the dvd that came with it to teach you the proper way to lift weights. i use it with beachbody chalean extream dvd workouts. it's the best investment you can make in yourself to use for working out.
