I ordered the 552 dumbells, stand and bench and I have to say its the best bench set that I've ever used. The ability to adjust your weights from the slightest increments helps alot more in building up to lifting heavier and making sure that you have the proper form, rather than jumping 10lbs and not being able to maintain good form. Its also great for a home gym because there is no clean up neccesary!

I've been using the weights for P90x and have found them to be great. They're easy to setup and use. It takes a few seconds to switch weight and they seem like a great set of weights so far. Only con is that there size makes some exercises difficult that require the hands to be near each other.
