Recently, i been using the p90x program and found to this product to be effective. i like the fact that i can adjust the weights to my preference and its doesn't take up much space in my room. The only cons to the product is you cant drop the weights because it will easily damage. On the other hand, i would recommend this product, if you a person that like to workout at home.
