I researched adjustable dumbells for some time before buying these. These are easy, compact, robust, quality weights. I love the stand design and height so you don't have to bend over to pick them up off the floor. Very flexible product to use on P90X workouts from 15-50+ lbs. They are a little bulky below 15# so I just have separate 5, 10, & 15# dumbbells that I use. Not a "must" but a "want" on my end.

I use these dumbbells with my P90X workouts. I absolutely love the fact that I can quickly and easily change the weight on each dumbbell, and I don't have to search around for the weight I need. They are sturdy, I haven't had a problem with them at all. And if you accidentally don't turn the knob all the way, so the weight is equal, they won't pull out.
