These are amazing! I haven't worked out much before, but I love that with a simple turn of a dial you can ratchet up (or down) the resistance. These are great for beginners like me. No need for "a wall of dumbbells." And because of the adaptability/portability, I find myself using them everyday. Highly recommended!
