Good product but not for small people

These are a good idea but, as a smaller woman, they're incredibly bulky to use like a normal dumbbell. I have a few sets of traditional dumbbells as well and find myself opting for those instead of the bowflex because they're just much easier to use. It's unfortunate because the bowflex are so versatile weight-wise. My husband, on the other hand, has no problem using these. So, if you're a smaller person, you may have difficulty with the bulkiness of this product.

Cons: Hard To Use, Heavy / Bulky, Uncomfortable

great: adjustable horrid: large, noisy and all that I can live with if the weights didn't fall out and the pieces that are to hold them in didn't break meaning the whole handle needs replaced. and they don't replace that it's a third party you deal with. I held for about a year.
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Flimsy, Noisy, garbage. constantly replacing parts
