Good product but not for small people

These are a good idea but, as a smaller woman, they're incredibly bulky to use like a normal dumbbell. I have a few sets of traditional dumbbells as well and find myself opting for those instead of the bowflex because they're just much easier to use. It's unfortunate because the bowflex are so versatile weight-wise. My husband, on the other hand, has no problem using these. So, if you're a smaller person, you may have difficulty with the bulkiness of this product.

I have several Bowflex products and love each of them. they are designed to look nice, be safe, and save a lot of space for a wonderful and efficient home gym. The products are designed to be easy to set up and last a long time. I get a wonderful workout at home during my lunchtimes without ever having to go to a gym. It's really bulky. It's really difficult to use both dumbbells at the same time when you need to keep them in front of you. They keep bumping to each other. Plus the shipping took over 4 months!
