I was really impressed with the quality of these dumbbells. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the design, and they work very well. It's very easy to change weight amounts, and there's no shaking or rattling. Even the grips are well designed. The stand is worth mentioning too. The tolerances in the design and the quality of construction is very high. This isn't a cheap add on to get you to spend more money; it's really well made. I got mine during a bundle promotion, but it's worth getting along with the dumbbells. The only issue is the size. These are large dumbbells, so you may find that you occassionally clip your leg during a curl, for instance. No problems with tricep extensions; I just seem to slightly clip my legs during standing curls. Hammer curls are no problem, but traditional ones require a bit of focus. Overall, these are awesome, and I'm very impressed. Well worth the money.

The product takes up a small amount of space compared to other weight sets. My only negative is that the buckles on the straps which hold the plastic base for the weights to the stand gets in the way.
