I've been using this with the P90X workout. This workout series and the SelectTech 552 dumbells is a great workout combination. I can dial in the weight for each exercise and progress over time. And it's compact enough to keep in my small living room. I got the Christmas deal and free shipping through Bowflex. It's a great deal.
