i had a previous set and my son took them. I have an exercise room but it is limited in space. So these dumbbells are perfect. My son and I go to the local gym 4 times a week in the early am. However is use my exercise room mostly in the evenings perfect for a quick 30-45 min workout without the hassle of the gym.

Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells are extremely easy to use, save you time, and make your workouts much simpler. All this and you still get a great, effective workout. I also bought the bowflex stand to secure them when I'm not working out. The stand even has a bar to hang your work out towel out (they thought of everything!). I did a lot of research, and other brands that have made a similar product, though cheaper, cannot compare to what Bowflex has made. I've already recommended this product to family, friends and coworkers. If you want a great workout without the hassle, this is the way to go!

I've been using dumbells to workout for years. I prefer them because I get a full range of workouts and don't need large machines. The problem I was having was the amount of room I would take up using all these different weights of my dumbells. The Bowflex SelectTechs cleared up my working area and still provided me with the weight I needed to continue my workout routine. People look at the price and think how expensive it is for a set of dumbells. If you did out the math for all the different weights you would nee do to buy you're saving yourselves hundreds of dollars in the end.
