I use these dumbbells at home in front of the TV, with ChaLEAN Extreme (from Beachbody). And these dumbbells are just THE BEST!!!! I just have nothing bad to sat about them! You can choose weights fast, and you have a lot of weights to choose from...I have nothing bad to say about this dumbbells - thet have made me a new person! LOVE them! (It should be illegal to sell any other dumbbells than these!)
