I have nothing negative to say, the selectech dumbells, bench and stand that I ordered surpassed my expectations and look awesome. The dumbbells fit well in my mid-sized hands and I've had friends and family with bigger and smaller hands use them with nothing but good things to say. The stand keeps them off the ground and elevated for easy pick up and makes it easier when putting them down. The 3.1 bench is very comfortable in all positions and was easy and fast to assemble. I'm motivated and find myself wanting to use this equipment everyday. The only thing is since these aren't traditional dumbbellsthey are a bit bulky but that can eeasily be overcome by finding the most comfortable position for you to hold and maneuver them. For anyone that wants to get serious and have their own many home gym this is a great addition that I highly recommend.

My daughter and I use these at home, I use in addition to my gym workouts and I love them.. Love having 2 dumbells instead of 10 or 20 to clutter my workout area.. Only complaint I have is that I wish the handle part was a little smaller more for womens hands!!
