I received my dumbbells a month ago. I have used them a few times a week since. Here are my favorite things about them: 1. I live in a small apartment, so I don't have a lot of space to devote to exercise equipment. These dumbbells are very compact. They fit easily in a corner and still provide the weight range that I need. 2. I am not very mechanically minded. I use tools only when absolutely necessary. The setup for the dumbbell stand and weight bench was easy enough for even me to follow. 3. The dumbbells look and feel like they are well made. 4. I have already started to see results. I have been using the workout DVD that came with the set. I have started to see improvements in my physical strength and overall health.

I use these weights with the ChaLEAN Extreme program from beachbody. I was going back and forth with adjustable dumbbells that took forever to adjust. I finally decided that I need these and I am so happy with the purchase! They are basically 15 sets of weights in one!! They are easy to use and the grip is comfortable, which is important to me. I love my select techs!!!

I can't say enough great things about the Select Tech's. Love how versatile they are. I'm just starting out so I need the light weights, but I'm happy to know that as I build muscle, I don't have to go buy heavier weights. I have it all in one small package. Great product! Bowflex technology is one of a kind, it takes only a tiny amount of space at home and you can relocate the whole set where ever you want. I personally loved the setup because though I am not a regular workout guy, was now becoming a regular due to the availability of this set at my home all the time. Thanks to Bowflex !

I use kettlebells and sandbags and bowflex dumbells ! These are great addition to kettlebells and sandbags for complete all round workouts !!!!!! Bowflex 1090 dumbells are awesome no need to go to gym which I would never do anyway ! They replace an entire rack of dumbells !!!!!!! I would recommend to everyone '. Awesome product

The bowflex selecttech dumbbells was a great replacement for my cheap set of dumbbells with different plates which i had to change fequently and The stand that I purchased for the dumbbells serves the purpose well. You dont have to bend over when lifting heavy weights and it takes like 2 seconds to choose your desired weight by rotating the knob which doesnt break the oace of your workout and lets you complete your workout faster. Overall, i am very happy and satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend these.
