Great for P90x. Takes only a few seconds to change weight, so I don't fall behind in my workout. The weights wobble a bit more than I would like, but I think if you are careful with them there won't be any problems. Saves a lot of space and looks clean and professional so you won't mind having them out.

I purchased these dumbbells and started using them about two weeks ago and so far they are doing great! I love being able to switch weights so easily and they save so much space. The only thing I dont like is that the dumbbells are a bit long since it has the capacity to fit so much weight on one. It's difficult to do some exercises but thats very minor compared to everything else I love about this product.
