I'm able to use these weights as I rehab from a year long back injury. I'm thrilled to be able to adjust to whatever weight I need on a particular day. Easy to rack and dial in. Be sure to watch your dial when you first them - mine locked up but was able to figure out what I did. I will enjoy these weights for years to come. So will my son.
