I have owned a bowflex for some time and wanted to add these weights to my collection, with a minimal amount of space. These weights are very easy to use (I used to use the Weider spin lock systems, and that took a LOT of time to change out). They are high quality, just like my Bowflex bench and are being put to good use. I would highly recommend them to anyone serious for lifting and like to use high tech and quick changing weights !

I use the SelectTech 552 Dumbelss on average 3 times a week for general weight training, strength and conditioning. As an avid runner, it is more important for me to condition and tone muscles rather than bulk up. This product is absolutely perfect for that! It allows me to quickly change weights to target different muscle movements and body areas. It was definitely a worthy buy. I thought it to be a bit pricy at first, but pays for itself with multiple uses and not having to have a gym membership. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for the same results!
