We were very impressed with both the superior product quality and customer service found with Bowflex. I originally purchased the larger set of Selectech weights for my husband's birthday and realized that I had purchased the incorrect set. Luckily the shipment was enroute and the sales rep assisted us with cancelling the delivery. We received full credit for the return and did not incur shipping charges. We just received the smaller set today and my husband s very happy with the product. Thanks again.
