My wife bought these along with the bowflex bench, mainly to help eliminate clutter and open up a confined work out space. By eliminating the convential dumbell/barbell set up I have used all my life the Bowflex system gave us a more efficient and pleasant work out area. I was a skeptic, but now I highly recommend the Bowflex Select Tech system!

I use my Select Tech 552's for both cardio and weight training. Prior to purchasing them I had to drag out the specific weight for each exercise and program, which was a lot of trouble, and clutter. Now I simply dial up the correct weight and train to my hearts content. My lovely wife really appreciates the compactness and reduced storage space of the 552's.

We were very impressed with both the superior product quality and customer service found with Bowflex. I originally purchased the larger set of Selectech weights for my husband's birthday and realized that I had purchased the incorrect set. Luckily the shipment was enroute and the sales rep assisted us with cancelling the delivery. We received full credit for the return and did not incur shipping charges.
