The Select Tech dumbbells are perfect! I wanted to avoid purchasing multiple dumbbells, as I do many different exercises with them. So I need different weights for the various exercises. This technology is by far the best that I have seen for multi- purpose dumbbells. I love them and would recommend to anyone in the market to purchase dumbbells!!!!

Great product, only drawback is the max weight. There is another model, but I cannot justify the price for the max weight of 90lbs. Honestly you can do quite a bit with 52lbs, but more is always better!

I love the gym but with my work schedule and kids' schedule, sometimes its not feasible to get there. On those busy days, I use my Bowflex weights at home before work. These are SO easy and take up little space. Best thing ever!

Very compact and nice space saving idea, I find them a great addition for upper body workouts but I do not like the weights for lower body workouts. I still prefer using the Blowflex Ultimate machine over the the SelectTechs. It's also more difficult to handle heavier weights for upper body knowing you cannot simply drop the weights without fear of damaging the weights. This somewhat limits the kind of workout scheme one can have for fly's.
