Nice product used at least three times a week. I like the room I save by not having so many different Dumbbell set around. I think warning signs should be attached tell users not to drop the Dumbbells they may damage the locking.

I used to go the gym several times a week. I decided to buy these to save money in the long run on gym membership fees. I've been using these for 3 weeks now and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Living in an apartment in NYC, you are pressed for space. These take up virtually no space compared to if I had bought a weight rack and multiple sets of dumbbells. So far, I have no complaints about my purchase.

The Select Tech dumbbells are perfect! I wanted to avoid purchasing multiple dumbbells, as I do many different exercises with them. So I need different weights for the various exercises. This technology is by far the best that I have seen for multi- purpose dumbbells. I love them and would recommend to anyone in the market to purchase dumbbells!!!!

Great product, only drawback is the max weight. There is another model, but I cannot justify the price for the max weight of 90lbs. Honestly you can do quite a bit with 52lbs, but more is always better!
