I use it at home, in an area of muy bedroom, three times per week, about one hour per workout. The best is the easyness with which you can switch weigths to accommodate exercises. Once that my wife saw the easy way to handle the dumbells she is also very enthusiastic. Frankly, I don's see any thing to complaint about.
