I bought the weights for my husband as a Christmas gift but they are so easy to use that I use them as well! Because they are so compact and neatly organized it makes them easier to store in a convenient place that doesnt look cluttered and gives more incentive to workout. The best part is my husband can use them to lift and doesn't have to take anytime to unload all the plates before I can use them.
