Great to workout at home. Saves you a lot of space and really easy to use. Definitely something you should have as part of your home gym. They also look really nice when you have a rack plus you won't have to worry about dropping the weights on the ground and damaging the items.

I have done all of my training at home, before bowflex selectech weights I would have about 3-4 different sets of dumbbells scattered all around the house..with two little ones that was not safe!
