I have done all of my training at home, before bowflex selectech weights I would have about 3-4 different sets of dumbbells scattered all around the house..with two little ones that was not safe! I decided to invest in my health and well-being even more and took the leap of faith by purchasing the bowflex selectech 552 set! Best decision I've ever made, they are easy to use, easy to store and keep out of my children's way, and the best at home weights by far so thankful!
