I injured myself last year. I increased the weight on my dumbbells by 5lbs a week! I had no choice because the dumbbells I was using didn't have 2.5 lbs increase options like the Bow flex dumbbells! I really like the Bow flex dumbbells because their comfortable to use and I can adjust the weight at all times! Having that control alone is the best thing I can have! I'm able to control the weight I'm using and I don't feel any strain! I am very pleased and recommend it to everyone! Thank you Bow flex!

I have a personal trainer I work with 3 days a week but wanted to have something at my home that didn't take up a lot of room but would still give me the burn I wanted to achieve outside the gym. The Bowflex Select Tech dumbbells were the perfect solution. I use them for every exercise! They are so easy to use I simply rotate the dial for a light weight in order to warm up and then when I am ready to begin my workout I simply turn again to add more weight. I really think the overall feel and grip is so much better then cast iron dumbells. I, honestly, have not found one thing about them that I do not like.
