I have a personal trainer I work with 3 days a week but wanted to have something at my home that didn't take up a lot of room but would still give me the burn I wanted to achieve outside the gym. The Bowflex Select Tech dumbbells were the perfect solution. Along with the bench I purchased and a few other items I now have a complete gym in my home for those off days when I'm not with my trainer and for the days that I might have to miss a session due to meetings or travel. I would highly recommend this equipment to anyone!

I love that I can get multiple weights in one dumbbell! Eliminates the clutter of various sizes of dumbbells that you would need to purchase if you didn't use the SelectTech dumbbells. Easy weight dials make for quick workout changes. Love them!

I use them for every exercise! They are so easy to use I simply rotate the dial for a light weight in order to warm up and then when I am ready to begin my workout I simply turn again to add more weight. I really think the overall feel and grip is so much better then cast iron dumbells. I, honestly, have not found one thing about them that I do not like.

I have been using SelectTechs for over four years and I absolutely love them. I originally purchased them for Chalean Extreme, and now I am using them for my Fitness America training. I now own two sets - one for each home. The convenience of being able to "dial up" the weights instead of owning multiple sets of dumb bells is priceless.
