I had joined a gym last year when it first opened its doors. I couldn't beat the price. After about six or seven months so many people had joined that an hour trip to the gym which included 7 or 8 weight based exercises and 15-20 minutes of cardio turned into a two and a half hour trip to do half the exercise. These are great if you have limited space for a home workout area. With these and a bench you can do pretty much anything you need to do. They are not solid so a little extra care is required when setting them down, but you're working out anyway so what is a little extra effort.
