This is the best product available on the market for your home or work gym. They take up very little space especially with the stand which compliments these perfectly. My whole family used them including my 8 and 11 year old children because they want to be like dad. The speed of transition between weights only takes seconds. Perfect for P90 X workouts. My only complaint is they are very wide and the new grip is slippery compared to the older style all medal with dimples.

I use the 552 dumbbells in my home gym for various upper body and core workouts. It's a space saver with variable weights in one frame so my floor is not lined with 20 plus dumbbells It is easy to adjust the weights and is sturdy enough to withstand heavy use by a number of people. The only feature I don't like is that in order to change the weight, the dials on the handle must be turned separately and in opposite directions.
