This is what you need if you desire to stay active in the world without the desire for going to the gym. These multibells provide an all-inclusive approach that redefines what it means to use a "set of weights." If you look to use free weights within the comfort of your home, without the clutter of an actual full set of dumbbells or resistance bands, the SelectTech multibells are for you. The only drawback might be on certain exercises. For instance, when I do upright rows using the multibells, it can be a bit of an adjustment, but not to where I can't do it and feel the burn. This is the best product available on the market for your home or work gym. They take up very little space especially with the stand which compliments these perfectly. My whole family used them including my 8 and 11 year old children because they want to be like dad. The speed of transition between weights only takes seconds. Perfect for P90 X workouts. My only complaint is they are very wide and the new grip is slippery compared to the older style all medal with dimples.
