The selectech weights are out of this world awesome! The easy transition through different weight amounts is smooth and quick! They take up no room at all! I can't tell you how excited I was to get rid of all those free weights! I have to be honest, at first I was worried that hey would be flimsy and difficult, BUT I WAS WRONG. I have no trouble with their size and shape moving through all upper and lower body excercises. This was a major worry for my because I am 5'3" and my arms aren't very long. You can't go wrong with these!

This is what you need if you desire to stay active in the world without the desire for going to the gym. These multibells provide an all-inclusive approach that redefines what it means to use a "set of weights." If you look to use free weights within the comfort of your home, without the clutter of an actual full set of dumbbells or resistance bands, the SelectTech multibells are for you.
