So easy to use, takes no space, quick and easy to go from one lift to another in adjusting amount of weight. If you are a occasional lifter, a daily lifter, or even a pro lifter, this is a must have. Even a pro lifter can easily pack these on the road to shows. If you are going to be away from your home gym or public gym, take them with you. A MUST FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SIMPLIFY THEIR LIFTING PROGRAM!

The range of the weight and ease of use make it easy for both of us to use the and they do not take up a lot of space in the room we put these and treadclimber in. Neither of us have worked out in a while and know it is time we start so I bought both of these and we both like these. They are easy, sturdy and work well.
