My wife and I love to workout but because of our busy schedules many times we just don't feel like going to the gym. What a great addition the Selecttech Dumbbells to our workouts. We also purchased the Max Trainer for our cardio workouts.What a terrific combination. My wife, Dana , will start with the. Max Trainer interval training & I will work with the dumbells . After 15 minutes we switch & repeat this twice for about an hour workout. We really work up a good sweat and get a great calorie burn. The equipment is compact and easy to use. It also looks good. We are very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend this to anyone. We love it and use it at least 3 times a week.
