Came in compact boxes packed very professional and very easy to assemble all the pieces are labeled. I am a female and was able to do all the assembly for the weight stand and bench myself. Weights come together. This set is all you need to workout with multiple pounds. The weights click and you can add or lessen the pounds you lift. I absolutely love my Boflex weights, stand and bench.

This is a great set of free weights for home use, specifically because of how easy it is to change how heavy each dumbbell is on the fly. The included DVD is very informational for the beginning lifter and a great refresher for any gym rat. It easily pays for itself when compared to the cost of a gym membership, with the bonus comfort of being able to work out in one's own home. I honestly can't think of any serious criticism for this product; even the construction of the stand was relatively simple and included very easy to follow instructions. If anything, you need to keep in mind that these weights aren't just hunks of metal; you have to be a little more gentle with them than you would ordinary weights, but I suppose that's good for maintaining proper form. If I had to say anything negative, it's that these weights are a bit wide, but that really isn't that big a deal in my opinion.

I started using the Bowflex Extreme six months ago and already down 40lbs using recommended exercises as outlined by Bowflex.
