Overall I really like the select techs. The ability to quickly change weights between workouts and space savings provided by only having one set is of weights is great. The only downside I see is the width of the dumb bell bar that is driven by the stackable weight plates. The dumb bells become a little unwieldy due to the slightly awkward length of the bar.
