A phenomenal product- well-designed, space efficient and sturdy. Easy addition and subtraction of weight with effortless turn of dial. I put then at the end of my bed and start each day with a few core exercises that wake up my aging body. Have never felt better and I'm delighted I bought these dumbbells. Worth every penny.

These weights have been the best addition to my work out. They have replaced most of my other weights. I don't have to take as much time to add weight, these I can just dial to a higher or low amount with increments that are great for me. I have only been using them for about a month and already have noticed an increase in muscle mass.

I can't give a real money review due to one of the dumbbells being damaged. Customer support gets an A for helping correct this. Using just the 1 dumbbell is working perfectly but I cannot give the review that it deserves at this time. Replacement is already on it's way.

I absolutely love the simple ingenuity of these dumbbells. With the simple twist of a dial on each side of the dumbbell, you can quickly set the weight you want it to be and magically the right plates detach and stay in the base as you pull the dumbbell up. This makes it really easy to change weights during a workout without slowing down. I love this product!
