These are so much more convenient than regular dumbbells and take up very little space comparatively.

I love how the weights take up very little space. Very easy to switch from one weight to the other. They are on the larger size than individual weights but makes up for it in the space you save. I use them around 5 days a week. Use them for my arm workouts and with my stability ball also. Would definitely buy them again.
