I LOVE my SELECTTECH 552 Dumbbells!

I love that I can adjust the weight, and its easy to do. With this product I have multiple weights all in one. It makes working out easy, no more different sized weights all over my house. Which means no clutter. We bought the stand that holds the weights also, so I don't have to bend over to pick them up.
Pros: Accurate Weight, Good Grip
Cons: Heavy / Bulky

I need a simpler chart in order to, figure out how much to put on the outside end to get the proper weight from, 25 lbs on up in 5lb increments11

I had seen these around and always wanted them and finally not the bullet and got them. They work great for both my husband and I to click to the weight we need and ita all the weights we will ever need in one so the space it takes up is minimal. We keep them in the bedroom to remind us daily!

I'm using my dumbells along with my Treadclimber! The 552 Dumbells are easy to use, and they take up no room in my garage!
