Great Weights

Great weights! The drawback is that I am a physically smaller woman and I've had some difficulty getting used to the length of these weights. I am only 5'1" so this tends to be a common issue with me. I love that I don't have to go to the gym! These allow me the various weights in a compact form! Yay Bowflex!
Pros: These weights save you tons of money and space
Cons: Difficult for smaller women to use. I am 5'1"

Love the design. This is the first time using this style of bumbbells. They allow me to free up some space from using the plates. Love the quick access of the weight selection.

Convenient dumbbell set

The weights generally work well. The increments available to select are a terrific way to key from having to purchase and store 6-10 pairs of dumbbells. I have had one occasional when the dial was stuck and I could not remove the dumbbell from the holder, so you have to be very precise when placing the weights back down to dial in a new set. It might be helpful to color code the weights and have a corresponding colored base to ease the reset alignment. Otherwise, I am pleased with these dumbbells and I use them daily.
Pros: Accurate Weight, Good Grip
Cons: Heavy / Bulky

My sons and I all share these dumbells. Its great that we have one set that each of us can choose a weight that works for us. Perfect. Love them.

Love how easy and fast it is to switch weight amounts, and so am able to keep heart rate up. Very comfortable grip, no more need for gloves!

I owned these for the past 7 years then accidentally I dropped one and it broke. I made it a point to get the same brand/model because how happy I was to have them.
