I bought this set as a space saver over conventional dumbells. They are providing me with an excellent workout for all of my upper body! I love the ease of changing to correct weight with a few clicks of the dials. I would buy again!

I absolutely love my SelectTech dumbells!!! It makes strength training at home so much easier, and they don't take up a lot of space. Everyone should own a pair.

This product is a tremendous space saver and very convenient. Very easy to switch weight and they are a bit larger than other dumbells but not so much so that it's an inconvenience. Pair it with the Bowflex bench and you pretty much have a home gym right there. If you prefer lifting with dumbells over barbells as I do.
