I really like how easy it is to adjust the weights. This set works great for my wife and me because we can use the same set for both of us even though I require heavier weights. Turning the dial is easy to adjust the weight and definitely shows of a high quality product. I'm hoping to be able to use this set for years to come.

I had a set of these a few years ago and sold them when my Family started using a local gym (which didn't last long!). Started using streaming programs e.g. Beach Body & Grokker and some of the instructors use the SELECTTECH dumbbells. I am also limited to how much space I have to store equipment which makes these a great option!

Best Weight System!

I really enjoy using these weights as it is so easy to transition between what is needed and what you can or cannot do. This eliminates a huge amount of wasted time! I love the stand and very happy I bought it which makes the transition between the machine and the weights very fast.
