Nice dumbbells, easy to use. It's nice not having many different weights sitting around but it's not easy to do some excercises because of the bulk of the weights. I am still using my regular weights for close grip excercises. Overall, very nice product.

I look hella good now using these dumbbells! My arms and chest are sheredded. I love the ease of the dial to lbs of weight. Drawback for the price it should come with the stand. Now all the dudes in the bar wanna grab my BowFlex chest and arms when I'm serving drinks. Thanks BowFlex WolfieX

My husband and I both prefer free weights, but we are at opposite ends of the spectrum for actual weight preference. He is able (and prefers) to lift heavier weights, and I am not able, nor prefer heavy lifting, as I target muscle fatigue through repetition. Both good approaches, but different philosophies and personal preference. This set is perfect for both us. It's compact, easily adjustable and serves both our needs!
