It's really nice to have a whole "set" of dumbells in the space of one set. Switching between weights for different excercises is quick so your heartrate doesn't have time to lower. With traditional free weights you either get the weights ready in advance, and then unscreww the ends between sets, change weights, tighten, then start the next excercise. With Selecttech, set them down dial in the new weight and away you go.

I love the fact that these weights are able to adjust from 5lbs to 52, without having to switch dumbbells. Beats having a big rack of dumbbells compared to the stand I have with just 2. Looks alot neater too. I will most definitely be looking to purchasing the heavier ones. #sweepstakes

After seeing this for years, I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy this without really ever trying them out. I was extremely concerned this would be somewhat gimmicky and not work as well as buying separate weights. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and how incredible this works. To be able to have an entire weight rack system in this condensed space is awesome. The quality of this product exceeded my expectations and the practical use is equivalent to buying an entire weight rack system. Very worth it!!

Love my selecttechs! Easy to use and adds the weight I need. I use the Chalene Johnson Extreme and I love that I am getting stronger. These are helping me add that extra weight without having to clutter my work out area with so many weights. Transition between sets is fast.
