The selling points are clear and I am a fan. Had it not been for the dumbells already getting stuck and locked at a weight, after only my 3rd use, then it would have gotten a perfect reviews, however, that is a clear issue.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
Cons: Gets locked at times (used less than 3x)

Loves these dumbbells! I was debating between these adjustable dumbbells and a rack of weights and am so glad I went with the Bowflex Selectech 552. There are a little bulky but still easy to use a d manageable. I love that I save room by not needing an entire rack of weights. It is easy to adjust the weight and they appear very well made.

I had a hex dumbbell set that took up space and would be left lying around on the floor despite having a large bulky rack. This set has afforded me space and comfort. They are an integral part of my workout 5 days a week and I would highly recommend them to others, especially those who do not have the space for a full gym. The only downside is the slight bulk of the weight set as a am smaller framed. But this is being adjusted too.
