I've only owned these for a few weeks but they are awesome. I love that you only need one set that adjusts easily to the weight you want rather than having multiple dumbbells lying around. Our workout area is much more organized. You can adjust to any weight you want. These are the best dumbbells ever and you can't beat the Bowflex quality!

I also own the Max 3, so I do seven minutes on the M3 then I pick up the 552's and do biceps curls then I get on the M3 again to finish my fourteen minutes, then pickup the 552's and do other sets of triceps or other routines......works great for me with no interruptions in the cycle.

I had been looking at these dumbbells for a while as I am a working mom and wife and not able to make it to a gym on any consistent basis. I typically work out at home but only had 5 and 10 pound weights that weren't getting me the results I was looking for. After working out with these for the last week I am very impressed with how easy and compact they are. They offer the variety I need without having to purchase heavier individual weights. The only downside is that they are a little long and bulky when I need to do curls but I think that may just take some getting used to. Overall I'm glad that I made the investment and would definitely recommend!

Pros: So easy to use everyday without all the clutter
Cons: Box was heavy at arrival, but they are weights
