Adds flexibility to my workouts. Arms or legs. Bowflex has been great. Everything they promised. I recently purchased a Max trainer, Revolution home gym and the Select Tech 552. Quality equipment, easy to assemble and great workouts. Delivery was on time and no issues.

I bought this after I broke my leg to be able to (at least) work on my upper body (and I was stuck at home). Absolutely love it. So easy to use. Just handle with care and it works perfectly. The only Con that some might have is that it is 'large' but that does not bother me. Now using it at least 5 days a week.
