Love my Selecttech dumbbells. They are a part of almost every strength training workout. They take up hardly any room and I can vary the weight from 5lbs to 52.5lbs. The Bowflex Selecttech app has great routines, I just wish it would remember the weight/sets/reps from previous workouts. #sweepstakes
