I use a progressive set and drop set method of resistance training with very little rest between sets. The ability to adjust weights quickly works perfectly for my workouts. Highly recommend. Plus much easier on the pocket book. I would have spent $1000 for the same weight amount with individual dumbells.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
The weights are easy to use. I love the fact that you set them down and can automatically change the weight on them. The weights also feel good on your hands. The weight is perfect too. 52 pounds is more than enough that I need. Also they do not take up space what's so ever. Nice design.

Would definitely recommend others to make this purchase.

I use the 552 series for stability exercises, bodybuilding, and crossfit conditioning workouts. I was skeptical before buying as I have grown up in the gym and haven't had a ton of hands on usage with any sort of adjustable dumbbell. As I have built my own garage gym now I like to use my space wisely as one side of the garage still functions for a vehicle. The price, actual weight (52.5lbs/hand), convenience, and overall size in comparison to other products on the market I am very happy. I will be the first to admit that I was worried about how they would feel in my hands but they really do feel sturdy which I am happy about. Because of this feeling; they can feel a little bulky on certain exercises but I would not sacrifice sturdiness for less bulk.
