I'm using these weights to do the ChaLean Extreme exercise program, and they are great. They don't take up much space, and I like ability to move up in 2.5 lb increments. I'm not sure how durable they are, but so far I've been very careful with them and haven't had any problems.
Pros: Compact, Easy To Use, Multifunctional, Targets Muscles
Cons: Possibly Not Durable

Best investment of my life, I can do my workouts and raise the intensity of my work outs and with the stand combo it always at right heights. Next is a bench and weighted vest. Size of weights is little much but the 20 other weights that I would need instead would be worse deffently what I have been looking for.

My husband and I love these dumbbells. He's using them to work out right now. They're great for simple movements and if you're into cross training you can use them for that purpose as well. The cool thing is you can increase or decrease the weights to prevent that workout plateau, so that you have the option to grow and excel when working out. Each dumbbell has its own rack to sit on. They're easy to use and easy to store anywhere in the house. I highly recommend these 552 Dumbbells.
